If you aren’t already familiar with Pam Hendrickson, get ready for some serious value. As the winner of the 2013 bronze Stevie award, former vice-president of content and product development for Tony Robbins, and founder of the Content Solutions Group, Inc, Pam is one of the most brilliant business minds out there today. In this episode, Hal Elrod interviews Pam as she shares her best tips for achieving your goals.

Although she spent 20 years working with Tony Robbins, Pam wasn’t always interested in working in personal development. When she was growing up, she was surrounded by self-help books and audio tapes, leading her to be uninterested in the field.

After some soul-searching and attending a Tony Robbins event in her post-grad years, Pam began her successful career in personal development. As an entrepreneur and one of the top producers and marketers in her field, Pam offers her tips for achieving your goals:

  1. Make the transition from being a “do-er” to a marketer
  2. Be clear about what you want and don’t become too attached to the exact pathway you take to get there
  3. Never underestimate the importance of support

For someone who has accomplished so much, Pam’s primary goal moving forward is to “just get better every day”. The purpose of life is becoming the best version of yourself. By maintaining a certain level of clarity about your goals and dreams, you can avoid mediocre results and build the life you want to live.
